Yes. Reference images or a simple description of what you’re after are both useful, and get factored into the plan for the session.

This comes up often enough with event bookings that it’s worth answering properly rather than in a single line on a FAQ list. Every event booking (quoted per hours on the ground and deliverables) covers the full process end to end, so there’s no separate charge for the kind of ordinary back-and-forth this question usually leads to.

FAQs

Two common questions, answered.

What kinds of events do you cover?
Launches, private parties, conferences, gallery openings, community events and live music, anywhere in London. Most gatherings, whatever the reason, are worth covering properly.

Do you shoot video at events too?
Photography and film run together under one booking, stills for press and socials, plus a highlights film cut for whichever platforms actually matter to the client.

This answered the exact question I had before booking an event, better than the FAQ page on most photographer websites.
