A quote for a gig should tell you how long the session runs, how many images you’ll receive, and how fast they’ll land in your inbox. Missing one of those? Ask first.
Sessions booked through Emmet.t.c (quoted per set length and pit access) include the shoot itself, a proofing gallery and a set number of fully retouched images. Extra retouching, rush delivery and travel beyond central London get quoted separately. That’s always agreed up front, never added afterwards.
Usage rights for commercial work rarely get mentioned unprompted, so ask. So does what happens if a reshoot is needed because the weather or venue changed on the day, and how long your files stay on file if you need a re-download next year.

Do you cover full sets or just a few songs?
Either. Some bookings only need the pit for the first three songs, others want the full set covered, including crowd shots and the wider room.
Do you work with venues as well as artists?
Yes, on both sides: artists and labels wanting performance shots, and venues wanting a library of room and crowd images for their own marketing.
